The PhD leadership specialization will enhance your ability to manage and lead in today's fast-paced business climate. This program will also prepare you to consult or teach in the field of management from an informed, strategic perspective. You will learn how to conduct and apply research to develop real-world answers to the challenges facing 21st century organizations.
Residency Requirements: As a doctoral learner you will attend residential colloquia in addition to your online courses. Taken during specific milestones in your program, you will attend three colloquia, each one week in length. You may be eligible for transfer of up to 48 credits.
